Project Manager


ABB offers products and solutions for low and medium voltage solutions to connect, protect, control and measure a wide range of electrical systems for all major industries, including the residential sector.


We are seeking a Project Manager in Jakarta to join our team in Power Grids division, who will be the single point of reference towards customer and supplying factories/units/sub-suppliers/service providers.

Reporting to the Market Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure customer satisfaction, effective communication with stakeholders and on-time delivery of KPIs.
• Follow up with supplying team for required documentation for review and timely approval from customer.
• Monitor regularly with customer and supplying units to identify/observe any deviation or possible delay and take necessary action.
• Manage contracts on a day-to-day basis and release requests for invoicing, get it submitted to customer and follow up for payment
• Work with supporting teams such as SCM, Logistic, and Controlling, Sales & Service Personnel and others to ensure the desired objectives are achieved.

To be considered for this role, you should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or in associated subjects, with 5-10 years of experience in Project Management in Power Industries. You should also have exposure in High Voltage, HV Substation Projects, Power Plants, Power Transformer (70 kV & higher) manufacturing. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is desired along with negotiation skills and overall understanding on contractual and legal aspect.
