POSITION TITLE: BOP ENGINEER (JEPARA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with large coal-fired power plant working on Balance of Plant Systems.
• Must have at least a degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized university
• Must have specific knowledge and experience of FGD, Coal Ship Unloader, Coal Handling System, Ash Handling System, Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants.

POSITION TITLE: BOILER ENGINEER (JEPARA)
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant working experience with Boilers for large Coal Fired Power Plant Projects.
• Must have at least a degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized university
• Must have specific knowledge and experience of pulverized or circulating fluidized bed coal-fired power plant

POSITION TITLE: ENGINEERING MANAGER (JKT)

EPC – Power Generation

Responsible for overall management of a team of engineers designers, drafters and document controller who are responsible for providing engineering deliverables and technical expertise.

1. Supervises the engineering and design activities.
– Recruit engineers;
– Establish relationship with university for recruitment;
– Establish relationship with design services, and manpower supply companies for purposes of engineering subcontracting, or temporary hiring of personnel;v – Prepare yearly investment plan for engineering tools;v – Appoint engineering leader, discipline engineers, designers in conjunction with project manager and BU manager;
– Analyze the budget of engineering proposed by the lead engineers prior to starting the work;
– Conduct engineering reviews to monitor and ensure engineering activities meet the engineering deliverables quality, schedule, and within the budget.

2. Develop & update engineering procedures
– Control and supervise discipline engineers to establish and improve work procedures.
– Ensure the implementation of applicable procedures.

3. Develops personnel competencies
– Evaluate personnel performance;
– Prepare training plan, and monitoring the planning

Requirements
– Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical/mechanical).
– Master’s degree in engineering management preferred.
– 15+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in a management role.
– Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
– Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team of around 50 personnel with multi-discipline (electrical, control, civil and mechanical)
– Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
– Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience.
– Fluent in English.

POSITION TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER (JKT)

Experience : Manager / Senior Manager / Department Head
Drives the execution of the projects to maximize the project results with respect to Cash and Margin, whilst delivering the project on time, in accordance with the Contract and managing the Customer expectations

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. The Project Manager is fully responsible and accountable – considering company business guidelines, interests and strategy – for the following activities:
Project Execution Strategy: Based on the contract, develops and implements, with the Management and the Head of Project Management, the strategy for the execution of the allocated projects scope in order to achieve the project performance goals.
Project Planning: Develops and monitor the Master Project Schedule, manages project float to ensure timely completion of the project.
Communications: Provides adequate reporting to all stakeholders such as customers, business partners and management. Agrees with the Head of Project Management the interface with the customer and deliver in accordance with the agreement. Manages the internal and external communication loop.
Project Organization: Sets up and secure the necessary resources for the execution of the project. Organize the project team and ensure that the team members have clearly identified roles, responsibilities, defined interfaces and are empowered with their scope of duties.
Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management: Ensure best compliance with specification at lowest final cost. Launches the preparation and monitors inspection test programs. Consolidates and approves the documentation of the allocated scope. Ensure Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety requirements are applied.
Claim Management: Addresses claims by deciding on appropriate actions and leading them to a proper settlement based on the defined strategy. Immediately informs the Head of Project Management of any impact on the overall performance of the project.
Risk and Opportunities: Constantly updates and reviews the risk and opportunities of the project. Evaluates and decides on action that benefit the overall performance of the project, consulting with the Head of Project Management if appropriate. Follow-up this actions implementation and results.
Project Process: Assumes full responsibility for the delivery of the allocated project scope, from Hand Over for Sales until all obligations are complete at FAC and/or Hand Over to Erection team (if applicable). Takes necessary actions to improve the project process. Also provides feedback to Sales and other Business Functions on the performance of the project and processes.
People Management: Builds, leads, and coaches a committed project team that guarantees the highest level performance for the project.

2. The Project Manager controls and monitors the following:
• All KPI’s of the project scope, such as Gross/Net Margin, On Time Delivery, Cash-Flow, Order risk and contingency development.
• Processes Performance
• Suppliers and Contractors

3. The Project Manager informs, consults, agrees with the Management the following action related to:
Operation Management: Action/incidents that have a significant impact on the overall performance of the business.
Functional Management: Resource Management, and the development of the project team.
Legal Function: Local statutory requirements.

4. The Project Manager participates in:
• Project review with the Head of PM and Operation Management.
• Formation of consortium agreements.
• Ascertain safe working condition, health and environment in the work and reports condition of danger at superior.
• Obeys all related regulation of EHS in job activity area.
• Ascertain availability of resources (budget, equipment, training, etc.) to ascertain exercise of project requirement.

Job Qualification:
• Ideally a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• A minimum 5 years working experience as a Project Manager in steel structure manufacturing industries, construction industries, oil and gas industries, or relevant.
• Requires technical knowledge of overall steel structures, its design and operational skill to be able to intelligently coordinate project with customer and the project team.
• Requires tact and organizational ability to coordinate the project with numerous functional departments and the customer to ensure successful completion.
• Requires the initiative/intuition to analyze feedback information from people and systems, anticipates potential obstacle to success and implement the preventive measures or corrective action on a timely basis.
• Requires strong interpersonal skills to facilitate team effort and problem solving techniques; and also to interact with customers, consultants, and project stakeholders at different level to resolve issues with no harms to the project.
• Good knowledge and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) for Project Management
• Computer literacy using Microsoft Windows software (such as Ms. Office).
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia and abroad as the work requires.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent team work and people skills.
• Strong character and initiative to take decisive action when needed for the benefit of the company.
• Excellent organizational skill.
• Have the ability to evaluate sufficiency and validity of information and act accordingly without being reminded to do so, also in this manner always provides management with useful information.

Min qualification for are :
1. 8 years experienced as Pipe Stress Engineer
2. Experience with AutoPipe and Caesar II software
3. Experience with detailed design project (EPC) execution

5. Perform pipe stress analysis using Caesar II
6. Select and design pipe support
7. Check load on equipment’s nozzle
8. Check load on pipe support
9. Check load on relief valves
10. Checking and review pipe support detail drawing
11. Check and review pipe isometric drawing

Short Terms Contract.

Min qualification for are :
1. Have experience in Piping Stress for EPC Project for Petrochemical, Oil and Gas , LNG plan is advantage
2. Can perform Isometric dwg Checking with all related supporting documents and others discipline documents.
3. Understand how to select Pipe Support and read Stress Sketch.
4. Can Operate Review Software such as SPR and or Navis.
5. Can work with Expat and can speak English is advantage.
6. Can work in the team and individually with target oriented.

POSITION TITLE: Pipe Support Engineer (8 years Experienced)
Short Terms Contract.

Min qualification for are :
1. Have experience in Pipe Support for EPC Project for Petrochemical, Oil and Gas , LNG plan is advantage
2. Support resolution of construction related issues.
3. Create ASME as-built reports for pipe supports.
4. Provide assistance during plant testing
5. Familiar with CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, PIPESTRESS, or similar
6. Familiar with COMPRESS, PVElite, or similar
7. Familiar with GT STRUDL, STAAD, SAP2000, or similar.
8. Familiar with ANSYS, Abaqus or similar.
9. Experience with SmartPlant 3D or similar.
10. Licensed Professional Engineer.

POSITION TITLE: Piping Sp3D (3 years Experienced)
Short Terms Contract.

Min qualification are :
1. Have experience with Sp3d in project.
2. Can perform to do list
3. Can perform extract isometric
4. Can perform extract 2D Drawing.
5. Can perform trouble shooting.

POSITION TITLE: Piping 2D – Drafter (3 years Experienced)
Short Terms Contract.

Min qualification are :
1. Can Operate 2D Cad.
2. Understand scale drawing.
3. Fast and accurate is mandatory.

POSITION TITLE : Piping Designer (8-10 years experienced)
Min qualification are :
1. Have experience in Piping Design for EPC Project for Petrochemical, Oil and Gas , LNG plan is advantage
2. Can perform Isometric dwg Checking with all related supporting documents and others discipline documents.
3. Understand how to select Pipe Support and read Stress Sketch.
