PT Maxidrill Indonesia multinational company who is engaged a minerals drilling company that provides contract diamond and reverse circulation services to the Indonesian mining and exploration industry which operates across of Indonesia and other countries. We are urgently looking for candidate as:

1. HR OFFICER
JOBS DESCRIPTION :
• Maintain and communicate to all employee in line with socialization for new company regulation and policy.
• Good relation with government of Manpower, BPJS, insurance medical provider and other related institutions.
• Familiar with BPJS Insurance employee on SIPP and Edabu online system, Medical Claim, and accident claim process as per prevailing regulation
• Ensure the development and manage of administrative HR function.
• Maintain and update for HR internal database for all site project for national staff, local crews and expat
• Provide for pre-employment MCU letter and keep the MCU result in organize file and also process and prepare for Annual MCU for national staff
• Manage recruitment process in line with company employee needed and administer the contract agreement.
• Maintain and update Leave record
• Control roster employee at site, flight schedule and transport
• Administer Expatriate Formalities.
• Calculate salary employee, Religion Allowance (THR), Fixed Allowance, Non Fixed Allowance, incentive/bonus & separation pay and Taxation (Pph21) as per prevailing regulation in Indonesia
• Manage salary budget & operational budget

The successful applicant must have the following attributes, skills and experience:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Must have a high standard of spoken and written English.
• Must have demonstrated experience in a similar sized and varied HR management role, preferably within a mining-related industry.
• Must have a good understanding Manpower of Law Indonesia especially for the mining and related industries.
• Must have a good understanding in Payroll System.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferable domicile in Tangerang or surrounding area .
• Willing to be placed at Head Office South Tangerang.

2. ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE STAFF
JOBS DESCRIPTION :
• Prepared sales journal and AR collection journal to give information that was accurate about sales and outstanding AR in the certain period, as well as carried out the follow-up against the customer that still had outstanding AR
• Made AR Aging Report and AR Reconciliation monthly for confirmation and his compatibility inspection with the report on finance
• Prepared the report on the tax periodically, prepaid expenses, accrual and balance sheet reconciliation to confirm that all the report was compiled accurately and in a right on time manner.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
• Monitor and support taxation issues
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are metThe successful applicant must have the following attributes, skills and experience:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Must have a high standard of spoken and written English.
• Must have demonstrated experience in a similar sized and varied Accounting management role, preferably within a mining-related industry.
• Must have a good understanding of Indonesian Tax Law especially for Income tax.
• Must have a good understanding in Payroll System.
• Must have certificated Tax Brevet A and B
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferable domicile in Tangerang or surrounding area .
• Willing to be placed at Head Office South Tangerang.

3. RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION
JOBS DESCRIPTION :
• Receive call and forward the call to the authorities
• Greeting and register the visitor
• Filling, Fax and do other administrative things
• Arrange the meeting room boking
• General administrative and clerical support.

The successful applicant must have the following attributes, skills and experience:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field.
• Must have a high standard of spoken and written English.
• Familiar and able to use Microsoft Office application program
• Have a good manner and attitude
• Good looking
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferable domicile in Tangerang or surrounding area.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office South Tangerang.
