We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:

EOI MANAGER TECHNICAL SERVICE – 926018
(JAKARTA HEAD OFFICE)
Some of your duties will include:
•Plan, control, organize and coordinate all tasks related to the engineering and environmental activities, such as mine planning, geology, survey, mine rehabilitation activities, and reporting.
•Establish and maintain a record of sound safety and environmental performance and management practice at all levels of operation as per Thiess standard.
•Manage and Coach all subordinates to get maximum performance preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly mine planning and reports.
•Ensure all mine plans are completed in accordance with the mining contract terms and conditions.
•Monitor mining operation performance and to foster efficiencies through competent Engineering services skills and disciplines.
•Audit the project engineering departments to ensure quality systems, procedures and resources are effectively implemented.
•Manage the collation of the site Project Monthly Report templates and targets and review daily, weekly and monthly production and cost information in order to seek business improvement initiatives.
•Maintain, monitor and control production reporting system and provide support to site to ensure the data is updated regularly.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Graduated from Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering/ Geology with Minimum of 8 years previous experience in Engineering / Mining at a Supervisory level or 4 years at Managerial level; Has experience in Client relations, Subcontract management, Project management, and previous experience in similar role;
•Comprehensive knowledge in mining concept and applications; Strong capability / exposure to mine planning and design software (MineScape, XPAC, Talpac, and other relevant software); Financial reporting & concepts; Has knowledge of and is familiar with mincom, drilling and blasting activities, cost control systems, explosive usage and procedures, AMI Codes Standards and Reporting, and RTKPL procedures; OHS&E requirements Legislative and statutory requirements; Technical expertise; Certified in POM from Mine and Energy Department;
•Proficient in written and spoken Indonesian and English language; Computer literacy;
•Strong leadership and motivational skills; good analytical skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to facilitate the accurate transfer of information to all areas of the company; Strong production focus and successful track record, proven to achieve targets and planning skills are pre-requisite; a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.

EOI – PROJECT MANAGER MINING – 926068
(Kalimantan Based)
Some of your duties will include:
•Accountable to implementation of Project Management Plans, direction of production, management of external agents such as local community, local government, vendors and contractor;
•To promote and maintain a safe workplace in order to ensure no incidents occur;
•Implement and comply with the Contract between TCI and the client;
•Implement and comply with the Contract between subcontractors and TCI;
•Ensure the client’s production requirements are met on a monthly basis by instigating: cycle time, haul road, equipment production and geotechnical studies; plans which maximize production capability safely and reduce re-work; implementing drainage, sedimentation and environmental plans; working areas are monitored on a daily basis to ensure equipment movement is not congested; drill and blast plans which increase fragmentation thus equipment productivity; meetings to ensure instructions are being received and understood by the people in the field;
•Exceed the client’s production requirements: by implementing plans which maximize equipment productivity; ensuring haul roads are properly drained and the severity index is minimized to preserve tire and equipment component life; minimizing the impact of water in the pit; reducing the amount of re-work; ensuring that there is a clear understanding of work requirements from the Pit Superintendents down to the operators – communication is of the up most importance; and ensure equipment utilization remains above 95% to maximize productivity;
•Analyse and review the system, procedures and equipment utilized within the mine and recommend improvements to enhance coal production;
•Maintain and facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, clients, customers, suppliers with respect to operational capability, performance and recourse requirements;
•Ensure that outstanding HSE&Q outcomes is achieved.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Tertiary qualification (degree) in Mine Engineering, Survey or related mining discipline – essential; must have 5 years experiences as a Project Manager Mining experience with stable employment background with a minimum of 10 years professional experience in large open cut coal mining operation of which at least two or three years in production/ service supervision/ management role.
•Have experience at mine planning, subcontract management, cost management and managing staff; Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction / mining management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction / mining project management, Tendering process, Financial concepts; Hold POU certificate of Mine Energy Department is desirable; OHS&E requirements Legislative and statutory requirements;
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

EOI – DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER MINING – 926069
(Kalimantan Based)
Some of your duties will include:
•Assist the Project Manager to plan, lead, organise and control project resources, in human and equipment capital terms, to meet both client and TCI targets in a safe and cost-effective manner.
•Co-ordinate establishment, monitoring and update of all project plans, budget, program resource requirements to ensure delivery of the project on time and to budget;
•Manage site budgets; Meet budget productivity and utilisation rates;
•Meet, as a minimum, overburden and coal mining targets in accordance with internally generated mine plans;
•Constantly achieve, and exceed, benchmark KPI’s in terms of equipment performance, cost control, coal recovery and overall production targets;
•Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of monthly financial reporting;
•Maximise profitability to satisfy or exceed financial goals of the project; identify areas for operational efficiency and deliver on commitments;
•Actively investigate enhancement to procedures and process that achieve Improvements in performance, job satisfaction, and productivity;
•Provide effective and ethical leadership which is innovative to the extent it needs to be to meet changing and challenging conditions;
•Establish and maintain a harmonious client relationship to assist project delivery and enhance client satisfaction;
•Manage relationship with subcontractors to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, cost and quality;
•Maintain good relations with community figure heads.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Tertiary qualification (degree) in Mine Engineering, Survey or related mining discipline – essential; must have 5 years experiences as a Deputy Project Manager Mining experience with stable employment background with a minimum of 10 years professional experience in large open cut coal mining operation of which at least two or three years in production/ service supervision/ management role.

OFFICER ICT – 925828
(SANGATTA PROJECT)
Some of your duties will include:
•To apply Thiess Procedure with in the work force in relation to safety / environmental and work duties;
•Assist ICT section perform maintenance, installation, repair and renewal for system that required work in each given;
•Able to organize and completing radio broadcast design and all maintenance, able to troubleshoot and monitoring the condition of each system relating signal quality to every radio receiver on unit HD;
•Ensure all Analysis of component or hardware condition and recommendation of parts required;
•Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures;
•Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner;
•Able to adapt to apply the client and government policy and procedure from Kominfo / ParPostel or KPI

What skills and experience do you need?
•Graduate from minimum Diploma Degree ( Majoring in Electro, IT or relevant )
•Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar position
•Requires technical expertise and background in electronic devices specially network communication and instrument devices, capabilities to investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all ICT equipment, ability to meet tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision;
•Understanding the networking system and the communication system includes the radio transmitter and radio communication system including the repeater and receiver; understand computer hardware/ software and network system; Experienced with the procedures of the communication system from local government; Able to coordinate the operational systems of radio stations in the system administration or technical

SENIOR SUPERVISOR COAL HAULING – 926100
(SENAKIN PROJECT)
Some of your duties will include:
•To plan, co-ordinate and supervise OB stripping, coal mining and reclamation activity to achieve production target in a safe environment
•Lead, organize and provide direction to employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
•Co-ordinate and monitoring relevant sub-contractors
•Ensure daily planning is adhered; Ensure daily production target are met for their area; Achieve daily targets of machine utilization for their area; Ensure that crews are achieving productivity target for their area; Ensure coal is produced with minimal coal losses and dilution for their area; Ensure OB and top soil are not mixed for their area.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Applicants should have a minimum Senior High School; requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mining in large open cut mining operation;
•Mining heavy industry experience is essential;
•Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; be able to operate computer; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; Posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; be able to work on shift roster (day and night shift); familiar with mine principles & mine operations.

SENIOR ENGINEER COST CONTROL/COMMERCIAL – 925959
(SENAKIN PROJECT)
Some of your duties will include:
•Manage the Commercial, Infomine and Claim functions and reporting for the project ;
•Prepare monthly reports for review by Commercial and Project Managers
•Manage the collection and collation of production data.
•Maintain an awareness of the financial status of the project to ensure that costs are maintained and budgeted profits achieved
•Establish and maintain a positive client relationship to assist in delivering a successful project and enhance the Company’s profile.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Tertiary degree in Engineering or similar commercial level with minimum of 5 years’ experiences in similar roles in either mining & construction.
•Experience in quantity and financial modelling appropriate to task requirements.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; attention to details; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; Efficient; attention to details; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SUPERVISOR JIG PLANT – 925749
(SENAKIN PROJECT)
Some of your duties will include:
•Efficient and effective organization and management in the JWP (Jig Wash Plant) shift working area
•Lead and organize JWP shift working operators to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in good quality work and people performance;
•Shutdown the JWP operation if condition is identified unsafe or environmentally unsound, the condition must be reported to the CHPP Senior Supervisor.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Minimum Senior High School and having minimum 5 years experiences in mining industry in fixed plant operational
•Good leadership skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job; proactive; able to work in under pressure.

SUPERVISOR MINING/COAL – 925566
(SENAKIN PROJECT)
Some of your duties will include:
•Coordinating all line supervisions in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter-burden in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget in a designated area;
•To actively coordinate with trainer to achieve productivity and production;
•To lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results. Set an example for all in the workplace to follow in safety, leadership, attendance and personal behaviour.
•Maintain and facilitate clear communication with all stakeholders, clients, customers, suppliers with respect to operational capability, performance, and resource requirements.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Applicants should have a minimum graduated from Senior High School or Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering is preferred; requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mining in large open cut mining operation;
•Have experienced in Coal Hauling & Road Maintenance.
•Mining heavy industry experience is essential; could operate mining equipment;
•Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; be able to operate computer; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; Posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; be able to work on shift roster (day and night shift).
