Some of your duties will include:
•Responsible to ensure the front office/ reception area responsibilities are carried out in an efficient manner;
•Promote a professional image of Management Department to the satisfaction of senior management;
•Provide proactive, quality administration support to the business;
•To perform all secretarial functions and responsible for general administrative support to Project Manager;
•Ensure the successful and efficient operation of the plant office and other administrative duties as necessary.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Have minimum Diploma Degree with minimum 5 years in similar role
•Strong computer and analytical skills; information monitoring and data collection; good communication in English as well Bahasa;
•Having strong motivation, able to lead and personnel management, organize, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

Some of your duties will include:
•Continuously monitor machine reliability and analyze issues to find solution.
•Optimize component life through the application of Oil Analysis and machine health data.
•Provide equipment health intelligence to the maintenance planner, Fleet Superintendent to determine optimal repair / change out intervals in the short to medium term also to prevent/reduce unscheduled failures.
•Provide, execute and control KPI improvement program.
•Involve to every component failure (low life hours), generate FAR and make corrective action
•Manage all FAR from OES as historical data.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Have minimum Bachelor Degree in mechanical/ Industrial/ electrical engineering or Mechanical Trade Qualification, with minimum 5 years in maintain heavy equipment in Mining industry
•Should have Pareto Analysis and reporting skills; maintenance system skills; Fluid analysis; Reliability and plant systems skills; management skills.
•Good in written and spoken English language skills; computer literacy; strong leadership skill; have good interpersonal and open communication; proactive, team work, willing to learn.

Some of your duties will include:
•To ensure that all Civil works in accordance with Project specifications; Project drawings/designs; Plan, supervise, Construct & deliver product which meet required standards, on time, on budget and comply with Thiess Management system.
•Directly in-charge in the field inspection activities of civil works and its coordination to client and TCI group
•Lead, demonstrate and educate the employees to embrace a safe and efficient work environment.
•Ensure safe working conditions are maintained onsite, all personnel adequately trained in their duties and are aware of safety requirement

What skills and experience do you need?
•Minimum Senior High School or University Degree,
•Having knowledge in repair, maintain, and construct building; Minimum 3 years’ experience
•Has Manual Handling Competency; Autocad, Working at Height Competency; AK3 Construction ; Scaffolding competency (advance); Confined Space; Working Near Water; POP Mining Competency proactive; communicative; responsible & adaptable.

Some of your duties will include:
•Maintain an appropriate level of security awareness amongst staff, encompassing the protection of people, information and assets;
•Periodically organizes test of the communications Tree and practice evacuations to designated assembly points;
•Consults/coordinates with management in respect of Property Plant, Safety and Security issues;
•Coordinates distribution of Communications equipment and up to date maps of assembly points. Briefs employees and dependent on general security awareness.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Minimum Senior High School with Security Training Certificates (Management/Investigation)
•Having Military Background
•Having previous experience at a mine site preferred with minimum 3 years in similar role as Chief Security; Has strong leadership, cooperative, pro-active, open & honest communication; Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.

Some of your duties will include:
•Co-ordinate all mining senior supervisors and mining supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter burden and coal in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget in a designated area;
•Plan, direct, monitor and reconcile the technical aspect of the mining operations including daily, short to tong term (annual) plans, operational performance, blast design and sequencing, rehabilitation, drainage and road design, to assist in achieving agreed coal production targets;
•Check daily production figures and use them to address the problem areas;
•Minimize coal losses;
•Analyze and review the system, procedures and equipment utilized within the mine and recommend improvements to enhance coal production;
•Develop standards and procedures of work that can be applied across operations;
•Maintain and facilitate clear communication with all stakeholders, clients, customers, suppliers with respect to operational capability, performance, and resource requirements.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Minimum graduated from Senior High School; minimum of 8 years’ experience in large open cut mining operation of which at Least one or two year in production/service supervision/ management role;
•Mining heavy industry experience is essential; Could operate mining equipment;
•Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills.

Some of your duties will include:
•To ensure the implementing of drill and blast design so as to achieve the good blast fragmentation in most efficiency manner;
•Plan and supervise blast activity following safe and efficient blast target and to maximize coal recovery in the most cost effective manner.
•To be responsible in monitoring and controlling blast activities and blast sequence;
•To ensure blast activity productivities are meeting targets; ensure blast designs and plans from Drill and Blast Engineer are implemented on the field; and make sure drilled holes are recorded, documented and reported;
•To coordinate with mining supervisor; coordinate with Drill and Blast Engineer about explosive charging plan for high-wall design, coal design, wedge area; and liaise with Drill and Blast Engineer regarding drill design and planning.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Minimum Senior High School grade with experience as Blast Supervision minimum 2 years, and minimum 5 years of site experience;
•Understand the drill blast design and explosive product usage; have Supervisory level 1 (Pratama) certification; and Blast Trainee 2nd class (KJL Kelas 2).
•You should be able to work under deadlines, be fast paced and mobile, have strong motivation, organize and provide direction to employees, have effective communication, good team work and leadership skill.

Some of your duties will include:
•Analyse & prioritize personnel for immediate training based on needs identified with company’s safety performance live database & registered on site training plan & analysis MATRIX
•Organize training based on training plan
•Coordinate with HOD/Superintendents/Supervisors for ensuring each Departments/Sections members to comply training matrix
•Promotes TCI courses to site personnel ensuring that purpose and content of training is understood
•Emphasize focuses on the planning & scheduling of training activities with minimal disruptions to production activities in order that training facilities & resources are optimized
•Assisting all section in HRD if needed

What skills and experience do you need?
•Minimum graduated from S1 Any Disciplines with 3 year experience within the mining/constructions with previous experience in similar role
•Certificate IV in workplace training or diploma in training & competency-based assessments
•Having good knowledge of basic OHS & Environment; Training System principles and concepts; Communication Skill; Computer Literacy
•Fluent English Language Usage

Some of your duties will include:
•To provide mechanical trade and allied training / assessment for TCI personnel in order to increase the productivity with a high focus on safety, maintenance and repair capability (skill) of Thiess’ personnel
•To ensure that TCI training requirements for tradesman personnel are being conducted in accordance with the TMS
•Conduct training & coaching program both in class and in the field for tradesmen crews (Mechanic / Serviceman)
•Review & update all assessment materials based on current requirement
•Assist in conducting competency assessment for Tradesman (mechanical) as well as ensuring that OJT is consistent with the training requirements
•Provide guidance and technical advice to all tradesmen (Mechanical / Serviceman) in the workplace
•Ensure all training & assessment documentation is compiled in accordance with the TMS
•Conduct document control procedures in accordance with the TMS
•Updating assessment weekly & monthly progress.

What skills and experience do you need?
•Minimum graduated from Senior High School/ vocational school or similar with minimum of 10 years’ experience within the mining industry as a HE Tradesman Mechanical
•3-5 years’ experience as a trade trainer and or supervisor; familiar with heavy earth moving equipment technical codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader; Certificate IV in Workplace Training; POP Certification.
•Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa (written & verbal); facilitation skills; presentation skills; have self-confident, familiar with work in under pressure and computer literacy.
